Kenya's FP CIP 2017-20 focuses on the following thematic areas for family planning: commodity security, financing and sustainability, stewardship, governance and partnerships, information management, demand creation and service delivery. The results outlined in the country's CIP are working towards achieving the goal of increasing contraceptive prevalence rate from 53.7% in 20176 to 58% in 2020.
